The story of Orkidem Çiçek began in 2014.
ÜLKA GRUP BİLİŞİM E-TİCARET SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is the company behind Orkidem Çiçek; and views flowers not merely as products, but as a meaningful form of communication that conveys people’s emotions and most special moments.
Since the day we were founded, our goal has been to combine thoughtful designs, quality products, and a strong commitment to service with technology, offering our customers a reliable and exceptional shopping experience.
OrkidemÇiçek, is now bringing this approach to a new-generation digital platform. Through the marketplace platform we have developed, we aim to bring together products, stores, and services from the flower and gift industry in a more modern, accessible, and user-friendly experience.
From exclusive and premium floral designs to everyday deliveries, from meaningful occasions to personalized gifts, we strive to deliver the right product to our customers at the right time, with attentive service, for every order.
We use technology not only to make sales, but also to simplify the customer experience, enhance service quality, and provide the flower industry with a stronger digital infrastructure as well.
Today, we continue the journey we began in 2014 with an even greater goal:
To make sending flowers and gifts easier, more reliable, more personal, and more special.
